Everything you need to know before booking: check-in times, minimum stay, pet policy, deposit, and what makes this house different.
Answers to the questions we hear most before a stay, straight from the owner — plus what actually makes this house different from the rest of Great Island Ocean Club.
"You can not find a private, clean, white-sand beach like the one our neighborhood has. Our closed, gated community guarantees safety for vacationers and friends. Our house is right on the water in a quiet area, so you'll have a wonderful night's sleep. Our patio is huge and can accommodate all our guests comfortably — you can enjoy great meals there, and the sunset is spectacular. Every room has its own full AC unit (no window units), so everyone stays comfortable. Most important: you will have fun!" — the owner
As a longtime Cape Cod local — an active surfer, jet skier, and boater — the owner has spent years enjoying these exact beaches personally, not just renting them out. That local knowledge shows up in the small details: where the shade falls on the patio at sunset, which room stays coolest in August, and why this particular stretch of Great Island Ocean Club beach stays quieter than the public beaches nearby.
