A perfectly located 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath oceanfront home on a wide sandy beach in the gated community of Great Island Ocean Club — one of the finest private beaches on the Nantucket Sound side of Cape Cod.

The house sleeps 12+ guests and sits right on the water. The gated community ensures very little traffic, and the oceanfront location means total privacy — yet the beach is just 35 yards from your door, with a sweeping full view of Nantucket Sound.

Ideal for one or several families together. The spacious master suite (king) features an attached room with a trundle bed for 2 more. Three additional queen bedrooms, one twin room, a beautiful enclosed sunporch with dining, and a large patio with tables and a gas grill round out the space.

Full A/C in every room (no window units), washer & dryer, 2 HDTVs, free Wi-Fi, beach chairs, umbrellas, and kids' beach toys all included. Owners are local and available 24/7.

"Great place in West Yarmouth!"

Every year, my family of six travels to the Cape for a few weeks in the summer. We've stayed in Dennis and Chatham, but this gem in West Yarmouth has been my absolute favorite. Seated right next to the ocean, the house has more than enough space — beds to spare! Linens were provided, the kitchen was large, and there was a grill for outdoor cookouts.

Beach chairs and toys were provided in an outdoor shed with a shower. I am not exaggerating when I say we literally did not have to bring anything other than clothes. This house has everything!

"Great Week at the Beach!"

We had a wonderful time! The house worked perfectly for a large group with plenty of room to spread out. Lots of bathrooms — key when traveling with a full house! Nice family dinners on the patio picnic tables and inside in the dining area.

The large enclosed patio was a great spot on cooler evenings, and the A/C was key on hot days. The sandy private beach was awesome and the water was warm. My young kids played in the gentle waves for hours. We will be back!
